Today was a great day! The Marries came over for Christmas dinner and then we all took off for Tybee Beach. The temp was hovering around 83 today. The sun was shining and the kids were wearing shorts and enjoying spending their first Christmas at the beach.
Steph decided she wanted a hat and chose the dressiest option in the bunch. Oh well, at least it shielded her eyes from the sun! :o)
She and Alyssa built sand castles and then James wrote a Merry Christmas greeting in the sand and they reluctantly posed for us.

The beach, as you can see, was not crowded at all. What a fantastic way to spend Christmas day! We pray your day was just as special and that you were able to make memories together!!

We had a great day with reading the Christmas story and then the girls opening presents and watching the movies they got. James and Amanda came over and the girls opened a few more and then we just fellowshiped.
My parents came over we opened more gifts and ate dinner then went to Opryland Hotel to see the lights there.
