No, that’s not some techie term … that’s short for Chocolate Chip Pancakes! This staple has been one of my family’s traditional favorites since I was a kid. I’ve got tons of memories of my dad whippin’ up a batch of CCPs for Saturday or Sunday breakfast and now I do the same for my family. It’s a Smith Family Tradition. We’re Bisquick purists when it come to our CCPs and have honed the art of just the right mix of Chocolate Chips and cooking time.
