Wedding on the Bluff

We just returned from a wonderful evening wedding down on the river. It was lovely and all that a Southern wedding should be. Outdoors … moss-draped trees surrounding a fountain with lots of fall colored flowers. It was on a bluff near the river called “Saxons Copious Bluff.” Copious means ‘abundance’ and this place is truly a beautiful, abundant area.

We’ve been blessed in the short time we’ve been here. The bride’s family has taken James and I into their home and we’ve enjoyed getting to know their family.

(Again, my apologies on the photo quality. The new camera will be here soon and with it TONS of photos of Savannah and the surrounding area.)
