Packing has begun in earnest and the house goes on the “market” (that’s code for we’re starting with For Sale by Owner) today or tomorrow.
Please feel free to spread the word — we’d love for it to sell but are open to renting it out for a bit if need be. It’s a three bedroom, two bath home with a fireplace, corner lot and James’ famous garden already planted and growing. 🙂
It’s located in the Lake Forest subdivision (but near the front and not buried in deep) literally less than half a mile from the boat ramp. Fantastic neighbors too!
